CAP Lifting Track
Service Description
In this class we focus on the CrossFit lifting program which compliments our daily WODs. Building core strength and technique in all of our major barbell lifts including upper and lower body push/pull movements and power building lifts such as snatch and clean & jerk.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation window is 8 hours prior to class start time. Late Cancellation: A $15 fee charged for late cancels and no shows. Extenuating circumstances will be considered to avoid charges or loss of sessions (e.g. work related situations, sickness or compassionate reasons). Please message your coach or email info@islanderathletics.ca ASAP to notify of a planned late cancel. Sessions can only be booked 72 hours in advance.
