It's a very important date for Islanders past and present! This month marks our 10 years in business, and we have teamed up with some awesome local companies to bring you a celebration event of our strength! Accepting donations as we complete a 1 rep max lift! See event info.

About the Event

After building a community as strong as we have over these 10 amazing years, we want to celebrate how far you've come, and give back to those around us in need! Our chosen place to help during this time of year, will be the Gathering Place and the Jacob Puddister Memorial Foundation for Mental Health Support.

With the generous help of Supplement King we will be testing our 1 rep max deadlifts for some swag, prizes and giveaways! Also featuring, RESN product launch from our very own Coach Breen! 

Filled with memories, and creating new ones, let's all get together to do some amazing things in true Islander Spirit!  Stay tuned for rules, guidelines and more details to come ! This special event will replace our regular programming for one evening. So grab your spots ahead of time and register for your 1 hour timeslot to lift up!

Rules: 

>Find 1RM lift within 30 Minutes ( 15 minutes warm-up, 15 minutes prize allocation/cleanup)

>Weightbelts are allowed, grips can be used, traditional deadlift form. HAVE FUN!
