Pull Up Series - Phase 2 & 3 Kipping/Butterfly
Our second and third workshop in our pull up series with Coach Grace (Level 2 CF Trainer, CF Gymnastics).Now that we've established good technique and knowledge in strict pull ups, we add movement! Prerequisites will be needed for these workshops. Check event details.

About the Event
Phase 2 of the 3 part series of pull-ups! After gathering a couple strict pull-ups with good technique in our basic gymnastics workshop, we will now focus on addition of the kip into the movement. Featuring the Kipping and Butterfly pull-up by our very own Coach Grace ( Level 2 CF Trainer, CF Gymnastics). See the following details , dates and times with the prerequisites for each:
Kipping
Date: Saturday April 30th 2022
Time Slots: 1:00 - 2:00pm , Â 2:15 - 3:15pm
Capacity: 10 per time slot (10 cap, with 2 waitlist per slot)
Prerequisite: 1-3 strict pull-ups
Cost: $20 /session
Butterfly
Date: Saturday April 30th 2022
Time Slots:, 3: 30pm - 4:30pm
Capacity: 10 per time slot (10 cap, with 2 waitlist per slot)
Prerequisite: 5 Kipping Chest to bar pull ups
Cost: $20 /session
**Due to the high work load involved with pairing the kipping and butterfly workshop, we suggest this for well versed athletes only. Approaching the kipping workshop with mindfulness and working on simple cues, technique errors, and less repetition work (doing so means you are proficient in 5 kipping chest to bars), following with the butterfly workshop where the real work progresses. **
