Speed Rope Clinic w/ Coach Heather!Â
If you have been struggling with the speedrope, this clinic is for you. We will discuss sizing the rope properly, common faults, what makes you more efficient with skipping and progress into the double under. There is no doubt this clinic will make you a better skipper and less frustrated during WODs!Â
